Nicki McClusky, PCC, CTPC, LCSW, specializes in helping individuals become authentic, compelling speakers—gaining new skill with their ‘outside’ voices while learning to speak in alignment with their ‘inside’ voices. She particularly coaches her clients to speak from their true selves as they grow toward manifesting their true potential in every facet of their lives.

Whether learning to speak from their souls in life, in front of the room at large gatherings or in smaller rooms such as boardrooms, her clients develop insight and new tools within her “Find Your Voice” programs. Nicki has helped hundreds of individuals create the profound shifts they want to make within themselves and in relationships with others. She has served as a voice coach, consultant, life coach, and transformational presence coach to entrepreneurs, coaches, managers, consultants, nonprofit leaders, executives, public speakers, politicians, doctors, business owners, helping professionals and television anchors.

Nicki McClusky’s coaching programs leverage her two graduate degrees (M.A. Voice, and M.A. Counseling Psychology), 21 years as a Certified Professional Coach, 12 years as a teacher, and 45 years of psychotherapy service and voice coaching. Nicki holds licenses as a Clinical Social Worker and as a Professional Counselor (LCSW and LPC) and is a Self-Psychologically informed psychotherapist.

Being a voracious learner, Nicki studied at the Institute for Life Coach Training, International Coach Academy, the Center for Transformational Presence Coaching, and currently is studying Coaching with Internal Family Systems at the Institute for Healing and Awakening.
