I help leaders to develop themselves, to effectively lead change and to build healthy organizational cultures which ensure natural business growth. In doing so, I encourage leaders to be more human and I empower them to grow business in a relational way.
I am one of only 16 professional coaches in Poland accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level (as of 2023), a facilitator, an author of experiential learning programs for leaders and certified Gestalt psychotherapist.
At the same time, in my work I draw on 17+ years of business experience in various leadership roles (ex IBM, strategic project leader and advisor to the management board of mBank, sales performance and change management consultant since 2014).
