Our Leadership programs offer powerful yet practical transformational tools and practices for developing conscious leadership presence and effective action. The Transformational Presence Leadership programs were initially inspired by Alan Seale’s work with global leaders and teams at IKEA as well as his personal mentoring of leaders from around the world. They are based on his Transformational Presence two-book set. These programs continue to be expanded and further developed by our Global Program Leaders as they bring Transformational Presence into companies and organizations around the world.
