Some of my greatest teachers in life have been horses. From an early age, I have been awed, sometimes stunned, and occasionally startled right out of my saddle by the timeliness, depth, and clarity of their lessons.  After 35+ years of life among horses, I see these lessons as intentional. I am filled with gratitude that they have helped me arrive at this time and place so I can share an experience of these incredibly sentient creatures with you.

As a coach, my job is to raise questions that help you look within and find clear understanding of your life. As a Gestaltist and Transformational Presence practitioner, my job is to create experiments and experiences that allow lasting resolution of that which causes confusion, strife, or pain.

I experienced Gestalt work for the first time in 2013, as a client. I had never heard of it and didn’t have a clue about what I was beginning. The work resonated so fully with me, I knew I knew I was meant to learn more. Prior to that, I had experienced human dynamics in various professional and personal settings – as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, in-law, step-child, teacher, student, consultant, project manager, employee, team leader, riding instructor, and facilitator, among others. All of those inform who I am as a practitioner now, as does the deep training I have received in coaching, facilitation, Gestalt psychology, hermetic principles and ancient wisdom traditions, somatic awareness, energy work, trauma healing, equine behavior, and the language of Equus.
