Julia’s coaching focuses on bringing out her clients’ own deepest wisdom, enabling them to find clarity in complex situations, make better decisions, gain inner strength and direction, and grow – as a leader and a human being. She is an expert in furthering leadership that benefits the individual leader while also contributing to the greater good.
Experience:
Before becoming an independent business consultant providing coaching as well as leadership and organizational development, Julia had already made her way through two other major professional transition processes earlier in her life: From war zone peace-building to corporate headquarters. And from operational manager & expert advisor to coach, mentor & facilitator.
In summary, Julia has worked developing leaders and organizations for more than two decades on four continents. First, for international organizations such as the United Nations: advising, coaching and developing government institutions and their leaders in (post-)crisis countries. Thereafter, as HR-leader within a large business corporation: Providing coaching and development programs for company leaders and their teams in 26 countries. Nowadays, she serves clients from both the public and the private sector through her own firm “Greater Good Leadership”.
Julia is an experienced and ICF certified systemic coach, change manager, as well as workplace mediator. She is also certified to conduct various leadership and organizational culture assessments. She holds a Master Degree in Social Sciences (Communications, Political Science & Law), and an MBA Certificate. Furthermore, Julia is an outdoor sports and nature enthusiast.
